Betfair and Quickfire Team UpBetfair, an internet betting firm based in the UK has entered into a content supply deal with Quickfire, a platform powered by Microgaming. This new deal will release a whole lot of new content related to the online games as well as mobile applications.

Both the companies signed the deal after Betfair reportedly displayed a downfall of about 25% in their year-to-year business. It showed that their gaming segment had suffered a financial loss.

Also, Quickfire had recently announced their plans to introduce new features in their games including awarding trophies and badges to the players.

Niki Longmuir, the Product manager from Betfair spoke about the deal saying that they really impressed with Quickfire’s volume of content and quality, along with a strong commitment of delivering games continuously.

He also added that Betfair was happy with the deal because they believed that their games fit very well with the player demographics, especially the tablet and mobile apps, which consisted some of the most high tech advanced games in the market. He concluded by saying that as technology continues to progress, Betfair was confident about Quickfire’s content and delivery in a timely fashion, to suit the requirements of the customers.

Ashley Sandyford-Sykes, the Quickfire head added that they were very happy with the deal as they believe that Quickfire would work as an awesome addition for Betfair as their headline slots, mobile related games and branded content would meet the specific requirements of their huge player base. He concluded by saying that Betfair was an excellent addition to Quickfire and that they are looking forward for a long term relationship with them.
